How D4Gold handles your information

1. Who we are

D4Gold builds websites and runs marketing for growing businesses. This policy covers the d4gold.net website and the internal tools we use to deliver services to our clients. Questions about anything here can go to letstalkcyber@d4gold.net.

2. Information we collect

Forms you submit. Our contact and client intake forms collect what you type into them, typically a name, email address, phone number, and details about your business. Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to us by email.
Site analytics. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, to understand which pages are visited, the type of device and browser used, and the approximate region a visit comes from. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.
Hosting and security logs. Our site runs on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs for security and performance purposes.

3. How we use it

We use form submissions to respond to you and to deliver the services you ask about. We use analytics to measure what on our site is useful and what is not. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information collected on this site for third party advertising.

4. Client accounts and platform data

When a client engages D4Gold, they may grant our team manager level access to accounts they own, such as a YouTube channel, a Google Ads or Google Analytics account, or a Meta ad account. Our tools access those accounts only with the owner's explicit authorization, use the data solely to provide the contracted services and reporting to that client, and never sell it or share it with anyone outside the engagement.

Some of our tools use YouTube API Services. By authorizing those tools, account owners also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Authorization tokens are stored securely, limited to the access needed for the work, and an account owner can revoke D4Gold's access at any time from their Google security settings.

D4Gold Ads Manager and the Google Ads API. D4Gold Ads Manager is our internal tool for managing the Google Ads accounts that clients have linked under D4Gold's manager account. With the account owner's authorization, it uses the Google Ads API to read campaign settings, keywords, budgets, and performance statistics; to make the campaign changes a client has engaged us to make, such as adding negative keywords, editing ads and assets, and adjusting budgets; and to upload conversion data that originates from that client's own booking and call tracking systems. The tool is used only by D4Gold staff. Google Ads data is used solely to provide the contracted advertising services and reporting to the client whose account it comes from. It is not sold, not used to build advertising profiles of individuals, not combined across clients, and not shared with anyone outside that client's engagement. Performance data is retained in client reports for as long as we provide services to that client; API authorization follows the same secure storage and revocation practices described above, and a client can also unlink their account from our manager account at any time inside Google Ads.

5. Cookies

The analytics services above set cookies to distinguish visits. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

6. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers named in this policy (Formspree, Google, Cloudflare), with a client's own platforms as part of doing the contracted work, or when the law requires it.

7. Retention and your choices

We keep form submissions and client data for as long as needed to provide services and maintain our records, and we delete platform access tokens when an engagement ends. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email letstalkcyber@d4gold.net.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
